1- How can I confirm if my order was placed correctly?

After logging in and placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email to your registered email address.

2- What payment options do I have? Is cash on delivery available?

You can make payment with a credit card or via bank transfer. We do not offer a cash on delivery option.

3- When will my order be shipped? Which courier company do you work with?

If your order includes products with a cultivation period, it will be shipped within 2-4 business days after the end of this period.

For products without a cultivation period, your order will be shipped within 2-4 business days after receiving the order confirmation.

All domestic orders are shipped with Sürat Kargo.

4- How can I find out which products have a production period?

The product description section will indicate whether the product has a production period or not, and if it does, the duration will be mentioned.

5- How can I track my shipment?

You can track your shipment using the tracking code sent to you via SMS and email.

6- Which courier company do you use for international shipments? How can I track them?

We use DHL for international shipments. You can contact us to track your shipment.

7- Are there any shipping fees for international deliveries?

Yes, for orders from abroad, a shipping fee of 800 TL will be reflected in your cart. Returns and exchanges are not available for international orders.

8- Will I have to pay the shipping fee for the products I return or exchange?

Yes, the shipping fee for exchanges and returns is the customer's responsibility. All shipping costs sent by us are covered by us.

9- How long does it take for a refund after a return?

Once your return reaches our warehouse, it will be checked for compliance with the return conditions. If the products are eligible for a refund, the process will be completed within 10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on the bank processes. You can contact your bank to track your refunds.
